This zine represents the journey of getting ready in your bathroom. I wanted to explore how this room can be way more than just a place to shower and how it reflects the feminine experience of a girl’s life. Because I wanted to make this feel personal and intimate, I also created the typography using ink and a brush and then vectorizing them using Illustrator, as well as using only textures found around my bedroom and bathroom.

For the second photoshoot, I wanted to convey how we interact with our living room without using human figures, so by utilizing objects found around the room, I portrayed how lived in the couch area is during the course of a day. I aimed to include not only how we, humans, use the space but also how our animals live in it.
FROTTAGES
Although this image is not a frottage, I found this texture in my bathroom and included it my zine with the rest of the frottages I collected around the house.
